Description of the matter:
Collision of two vessels in Marmara Sea. One vessel was arrested in Novorossiysk, things came to a litigation in arbitration court. Claim amount $270,000.

Investigation of the case, legal representation in court.
Activity:
Two lawyers on our behalf commenced representation only in appeal instance. The Client used another lawyer in the first instance acting as a responder. The defence failed 100% in the first instance. Our lawyers persuaded the judge it had been a serious difference in assessing the existing evidences and upon several independent jointly made expertises achieved the totally opposite result.
Result:
The Principal's rights were protected, under the decision of appeal instance the Plaintiff's claim was fully rejected.
